At PT Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

7-Day Return Policy

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. They must be unopened, in their original packaging, and with all seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, certain items like opened prescriptions, chilled products, and masks cannot be returned once delivered.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.
  3. Package the item securely and include the original receipt.
  4. Wait for our carrier to collect the package or drop it off at any PT Pharmacy store.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
